haha Mel...tip for the grand future in guacamole. If you leave the pit in with it, it will help it to stay greener longer. The air turns it brown. Just like an apple. But if you keep that in with it, just like in the center, it will help slow that process. Just FYI :) I don't make that nasty stuff, but my mom does. :) Love you girly!
